Magnetic pumps are critical equipment for industrial fluid transportation. Their performance and reliability directly impact production safety and efficiency. To ensure that magnetic pumps meet international standards and customer needs, a rigorous inspection process is essential. The following are the key steps in magnetic pump inspection, covering the entire process from visual inspection to performance verification.

First, visual and structural inspections are fundamental. Technicians carefully inspect components such as the pump body, impeller, and isolation sleeve for casting defects, cracks, or assembly errors, ensuring that all parts conform to the design drawings. Furthermore, the machining accuracy of sealing surfaces and joints is rigorously scrutinized to avoid leakage risks caused by manufacturing defects.

Second, no-load and load tests are key steps in verifying the mechanical performance of magnetic pumps. Under no-load conditions, the motor drives the magnetic coupling system to check whether the speed, vibration, and noise levels are within normal ranges, ensuring there is no abnormal friction or binding. Subsequently, a load test is conducted, gradually increasing the pressure and flow rate to observe the pump's operating stability under different operating conditions, focusing on monitoring temperature rise, shaft seal leakage, and magnetic transmission efficiency.

Airtightness testing is also essential. Using a helium mass spectrometer or pressure decay method, the pump body welds and seals are inspected for minor leaks, ensuring long-term reliable operation in high-pressure or corrosive media. In addition, some high-end magnetic drive pumps undergo reverse flow testing to verify their self-protection capabilities under abnormal operating conditions.

Finally, all test data is carefully recorded and a report is generated, including performance parameters, test conditions, and acceptance criteria. Only magnetic drive pumps that pass all inspections are marked as ready for delivery. This process not only ensures equipment quality but also provides reliable technical support to global customers.

Through this scientific and standardized testing system, the performance and safety of magnetic drive pumps are fully verified, laying a solid foundation for industrial applications.
