Precautions

 

Since the cooling and lubrication of the bearings of the CB-D self-priming magnetic drive pump relies on the medium, idling is absolutely prohibited, which avoiding spatiotemporal planting operation caused by restarting after a power failure in the middle of work.

If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter should be added to the pump inlet: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

The ambient temperature of the pump during use should be less than 40℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75℃.esting equipment.

The transported medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see the attached table for details). The use temperature of the metal pump is <100℃; the specific gravity of the transported medium is less than 1.3; when the specific gravity of the medium is <1.3, it will affect technical performance.

For the medium shield, it is easy to precipitate and crystallize as the conveying liquid, it should be cleaned in time after draining the liquid accumulation in the pump.

After the CB-D self-priming magnetic pump has been running for 500 hours, the wear condition of the bearing and the end face moving ring should be disassembled and inspected. If the gap between the bearing and the shaft sleeve is greater than 0.5~1mm, when the impeller moves 1.5~2mm in the axial direction, the bearing and axial moving ring should be replaced.
