Applicable temperature range: t ≤ 200°; the upper limit of applicable temperature can be increased to 550° if a special manufacture technology is adopted.
The structure and feature of the LHY heat-resistant sulfur submerged pump
This series of pumps serves as a vertical heat-insulating submerged pump. The outlet pipe is configured with steam or heat-conducting oil heat-insulating jacket from pump body to front pump cover.
This series of pumps mainly consists of pump body, impeller, front pump cover, pump spindle, elbow pipe, liquid pipe, intermediate nozzle, baseplate, bearing box, motor base and other components.
The impeller of this series of pump takes a star shape, featured by its simple structure and easy manufacture. The impeller is bored with balancing holes so as to balance the axial force. The axial force can be considered to be completely offset, which is of great benefits for pump operation.
Taken from the motor end, this series of pumps adopts a counterclockwise rotating motor.
The installation size of this series of pumps can be customized upon the utilization requirements of clients.
