Stainless Steel LS Submerged Pump

The structure and feature of the LS concentrated submerged sulfuric acid liquid pump

 

The LS submerged pump works as a vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump mainly including pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, baseplate, intermediate nozzle, outlet pipe, sealing component, bearing, coupler and other parts.

Its axial thrust is mainly balanced by back blade of impeller.

The rest axial force and the rotor weight are borne by rolling bearing.

The pump can increase the insertion depth of both suction pipe and pump assembly by making full use of its own suction height.

However, before the pump's starting, the liquid level must be higher than the impeller center line.

Rotation direction: Taken from motor to pump end, the pump adopts a counterclockwise rotation mode.
