Scope of application CQ-D stainless steel magnetic pump is suitable for petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, national defense and other industries. It is an ideal equipment for conveying flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and precious liquids and other various corrosive liquids. It is suitable for conveying liquid without hard particles and fibers with suction pressure not exceeding more than 0.2MPa and the, maximum working pressure 1.6Mpa, antemperature no more than 100 ℃, density no more than 1600kg / m3, viscosity no more than 30 × 10-6m2 / s.
Instructions
Installation and commissioning instructions for CQ-D stainless steel magnetic drive pump
CQ-D stainless steel magnetic pump should be installed horizontally instead of being upright. The plastic pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements of vertical installation, the motor must face upward.
When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, you should open the suction pipe valve before it is starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipe should be equipped with a bottom valve.
CQ-D stainless steel magnetic drive pump should be inspected before use. The wind blade of the motor should rotate flexibly without clamping and abnormal sound. All fasteners should be tightened.
Check whether the motor rotation direction is consistent with the magnetic pump steering mark.
After the motor starts, open the discharge valve slowly, and adjust the discharge valve to the required opening after the pump enters the normal working state.
Before CQ-D stainless steel magnetic pump stops working, closingclose the ball discharge valve first, and then cut off the power supply.
Attention
- As the cooling and sliding of CQ-D stainless steel magnetic drive pump bearings depend on the medium being channeled, it is absolutely forbidden to operaterun without loading it,load, and at the same time, the space-time carrying operation caused by layer moving after power failure is avoided.
- If there are solid particles in the medium beingto be transported, filter screen should be added at the pump inlet; if there are ferromagnetic particles, magnetic filter should be added.
- The ambient temperature of CQ-D stainless steel magnetic pump should be less than 40 ℃ and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.
