ZDMCF fluorine lining magnetic drive pump uses ansysicem + CFD, CFX finite element analysis and fluid visualization simulation technology to design high-performance hydraulic model. The pump body and impeller, impeller and isolation sleeve are designed with solid particle blocking ring structure to reduce particle wear.

The supporting shaft adopts fixed shaft wide fulcrum non cantilever supporting structure, which avoids the trouble of shaft breaking of shaft drive rotor, and has better stability; the reinforcement sleeve made of non-metallic material completely eliminates the damage caused by magnetic eddy current heating, and improves the operation reliability.

The sliding bearing components made of plusssic composite ceramics can not only resist the wear of solid particles, but also withstand the empty operation for 30 minutes under the condition of evacuation. The CMB (L) is designed with a long suspension structure with bearings, which can prevent the high temperature of medium under high temperature condition from affecting the motor operation.



The pump has the incomparable advantages of particle resistance, dry wear resistance, high efficiency and energy saving, stable operation, low noise, high reliability and long service life. It breaks through the limitation of traditional fluoroplastic magnetic pump. It is an ideal environmental protection transportation equipment with strong corrosion, toxic, volatile, flammable and explosive, organic solvent and precious liquid.

Service temperature range: - 20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃
